I periodically blend up a bunch of "dry" ingredients to use as part of my cricket, roach, and superworm gutload. This is the most recent "recipe" - all measures are approximate.
4 cups (~32g) dehydrated dandelion leaves (calcium, vitamins)
3 cups(~250g) alfalfa (protein, vitamins including K)...
The raw bulb/base of the leaves is a decent source of Niacin, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Fiber, Vitamin C, Folate, Potassium and Manganese. Moderate amount of oxalic acid. Pretty tasty too :)
