Where to find all of these Dry Gutload Ingredients

Sandra's Gutload recipes as everyone knows are fantastic but the biggest problem I have is finding half the stuff on the Dry list maybe because I'm a guy and I don't have that female shopping instinct and you sure know I'm not about to ask for directions on how to get to it. So I decided to compile this printed list with pictures so that I can finally know what the heck and where the heck these ingredients are located at. Plus I see other writing all the time asking where to get these items.

Not everything for the Dry Gutload is listed, only the harder to find items. Please see her latest list for tons more info. http://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/823-august-2013-dry-gutload-mix.html

I need help completing it though I still have lots of blank spaces that need to be filled by those of you who already have places you get your stuff from. Also at the very bottom of this page I want to have a place where people can confirm exactly where they found an item (preferably cheap) instead of just a the broad term like Grocery Store, it will list specific non-online stores.

Can often get kelp from bulk garden supply stores / nurseries, as it is a good fertilizer.

Or get direct from harvesters - These are 3 suppliers in western Canada: http://www.bckelp.com/index.html http://www.canadiankelp.com/Farming.html http://www.dakinitidalwilds.com/kelp-flakes.html

Safeway carries millet, squash seeds, hempseed, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, ginger, basil, coconut and dried papaya - often in the bulk bin section.

Thrifty foods, Country grocer, Sobeys and Save on foods each carries most if not all these things as well.

Pet smart carries alfalfa hay (as bedding for rodents) and seed (for birds)

Buckerfield’s carries alfalfa, bran, sunflower seed, millet, squash seed, yeast

Westway Feed and Hay sells alfalfa, flax, barley etc

El Granero feed and pet supply carries several items of use

Thanks for taking the time to put this together!!! You can find lots of good stuff at barryfarm.com

The flukers stuff is crap. I occasionally sell, but not often. If you want to buy pre-made, consider dino fuel, cricket crack, or even bug burger
