I track what each of my chameleons eats on a daily basis. For this entry, I used an average from what all the adult male panthers ate each day to create this blog entry, thus logging the equivalent of a single adult male panthers intake. ( Previous logs detailing intake of males, females, babies: http://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/food-diary/ )

All feeders except butterworms are gutloaded. Gutload for crickets and roaches this month consists primarily of dandelion leaves, squash, carrot and yam, as well as a home-made dry gutload (kelp powder, seeds, spirulina, nuts, alfalfa, dehydrated fruit, oak leaves etc). Gutload for superworms is primarily carrot, apple, yam, dandelion and a bran and oat mix substrate. Gutload for stick bugs is primarily blackberry bramble.
