Spearmint

Ive not had success getting many feeders to eat it in quantity (though hissers love it), but apparently some veileds enjoy eating fresh mint leaves. :)

Nutrients in about a table spoon (2grams) of fresh spearmint (rosmarinus officinalis):

1.36 grams of Water
6mg Calcium
1mg Phosphorus
.13mg Iron
10mg potassium
2mg Magnesium
.4mg of Vitamin C
trace amounts of zinc, copper, manganese, sodium, thiamin, roboflavin, niacin, b6, b12, folate...

Nutrients in other vegetables and fruits
