I feel ashamed posting this because I feel let my little guy down. I did try to avoid this happening. As he grew his casque was able to hit the top of the cage and even though my lights are outside the cage and lifted away from the surface and the thermometer told me that the very top of the cage was below 100, he was still able to burn himself.
