Hello! For your chameleon to get the correct uvb level you will need to move the branches up higher. Another thing you could do is go out in your yard and gather thick sticks and put them horizontally in your cage.

Your uvb is good, and the branches can be about 7-10" from the light. A 100W is going to be too hot. For a female the temperature should not go over 80F, and for males, it should not go over 85F. I use a regular incandecent house bulb. You can buy them at home depot, lowes.
