It is a sunblaze T5 fixture... UVI level would be much too high having it mounted in the cage like that. The galvanized wire would not do much for reduction of the UVI level. So it would be like dealing with a full strength bulb. Extremely high uvi levels. So an inch below the bulb with a 6% bulb would be an output of 26.0 UVI... 5 inches below the bulb your looking at an output of 12-14 UVI... For example a veiled in the wild would never have exposure to anything higher then a 12-13 UVI level in Yemen. And during these times of day they go into the trees to get away from it. They are found basking in trees when the UVI level is below 6. Above 13 UVI is a health risk for humans and is the same for animals.
