Colors change as Veileds mature. Males and females are different in the colors they develop. Genetics play a role on the depth of colors you will actually see. Also a difference in fired up and resting colors.
new cham owner here, my male veiled is probably about 9 months, he is really big, but he hasn't really changed colors like this at all, he gets light green and dark green, but that's really it. Is there something I should be doing to make him all colorful and patterned like this?
