Does he have a favourite sleeping spot? If, you can make sure the fans are blowing directly at him. As far as I know, is RI more generated in combination with a few factors. I.e. high humidity with high temps (therefore always fogging when temps are below 67) or stagnant air or even draft. Both my montane species seek up the air flow of the pc fans to sleep in, however these aquarium cooling fans blow harder then pc fans. I mounted it on top of the enclosure and blow down / into enclosure.
