Made it mainly out of red oak. Frame is mainly 1 x 3's screen is vinyl coated pet screen except for the top (aluminum), back and door are acrylic. I'll be posting some specs and cost info soon, but it will take a while to draw everything up! You can see some of the pieces prior to assembly in my album. No screws are visible from the outside because I used dowels to attach. So far, Zaphod loves it and he's impossible to find!
