Chameleons are attracted to the twitching and fluttering these do while usually sitting in one spot long enough to be attacked by a hungry lizard.
I prepare a couple of these at a time and I have a steady supply of adult flies, five at a time.
Add a small bit of Aspen bedding on top and put the lid on, wait eleven days.
