Its a girl from what I can tell...in case I'm wrong they could have a small triangle on the back of its back feet...and also have a bulge right before the tail starts..i am pretty sure its a girl tho(:

I feed my baby mostly meal-worms and crickets but it really depends on the age of you chameleon so if he is about 4 mouths or older meal-worms, horn-worms are a great food source though i would wait a few more mouths for super-worms though because they are a bit bigger...

I would try and give him a mix of different kinds of food as many others have said in different posts but i'm not going to recommend any kinds of foods because i don't know the age of your chameleon... but chameleons as you may know are not strictly carnivores they might like some small cut up...
