Hey everyone,
I have been having a few problems with my mother about my new Jackson chamelon. Most of them stem from a few things.
1. “Your cage is too big”- I have reduced to 4x2x3 and I feel that going to a size she wants (2x2x1) will harm my little guy and he won’t have enough room to move...
Chameleon Info:
my Chamelon- Jackson, male, 7 months, screen cage
Handling - Once every 2-3 days,
Feeding - Crickets (only thing I can get ahold of atm. Calcium and multivitamins once a week.
Watering - I have a dropper, 1 drop every 3 seconds, I have never seen him drink. I also have a fogger...
My Jackson isn’t eating very much. I think it might be because of the large enclosure he is in, but it could be anything. Does anyone have ideas? I’m feeding 5 med crickets a day, he is eating about 1-2.
Thanks! I am getting a 4’ ficus tomorrow, and I will leave the Pothos in there with it. I think I will move him back into his smaller previous enclosure for a week or so in order to let the silicone cure completely
Hey Everyone!
I just built a 5x3x2 custom enclosure for my 7” Jackson chameleon.
I have a few questions.
1.) How should I feed him to make sure he gets all his crickets?
2.) Can I keep him in while I cure the silicon that I’m using to seal the edges?
3.)What humidity do I want for him?
