I feed my 2 year old panther 2 medium size orange head nymphs' every other day. Sometimes he will only eat one of them and I'll take it out at the end of the day. You don't want them to get fat so that the top of their head looks like a but.

Welcome to the forum, I researched for several months before I got my chameleon. I can tell you that it is not a cheap hobby to get into if you want to do it correctly.

Funny EZ will only eat roaches and the very occasional hornworm. I also couldn't get Coza to eat any roaches. I got a huge selection of them from James and wasted them all.
