what is the best substrate for a baby veiled cham? she is only about three inches long with her tail curled up. right now she has reptile carpet, but I was wondering if this is the best option. all opinions are welcome, thanks!

She's being a little turd about eating...haven't seen her take anything today :( but yesterday she ate four crickets and she took a huge dump today!! I'm thinking that she is still getting used to her new home.

Does anyone know a good source for house flies that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for shipping?? i just brought home a female veiled cham who i think is about a month old...i fell in love with her at work ( i work at a pet store :D ) thanks....!!!
