Hmmm not sure if that sort of substrate is even suitable for a laying bin. Essentially it should be moist play sand or organic soil. Or a mixture of both, that way its able to hold a tunnel structure. @Beman @MissSkittles

Also you may wanna ditch the green enclosure carpet. That stuff becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. Just leave the cage bare bottom, and just clean it as needed.
