How do i prevent lose crickets from goin in there?

I just recieved 250 small crickets from flucker farms website and they all seem healthy. It is a strangly cold day here in Fort Worth, TX so they are moving slow but under my ceramic lamp they are heating up quick! My only criticism is that they box they are shipped in has all the crickets...

I need to start misting my cham more so he will drink more but i suspect i will have a problem with standing water at the base of my cage as i dont have any type of substrate. Any ideas on simple drainage solutions?

I usually only mist for like 1 min... i guess i need to mist for longer but my concern is the longer i mist the more water builds up at the base of the cage. Any tips on how to manage all the water run off from the plants?

I got a new 3-4 month old veiled cham friday and he has ben eating great but he seems to hate being misted and hates his dripper. He seems to be afraid of them and i have yet to see him drink. Maby I'm just not seeing him drink? Any ideas?

What do you think about using a reptile carpet at the bottom?

Ok cool. I assume that is your feeder cup there on the bottom? Do the crickets not jump out?

If i use paper towels at the bottom would you recommend still covering with a screen?
