I am thinking about breeding matchiei when I get some next march. Is there a market for them here in the uk? I don't want to be over run with babies that no one will appreciate or buy!

As to chameleon experiance I have panther chameleon and some kenyan pygmys and would had have kept jackson for quite a while before hand so this in no way would be my first chameleon!

I am looking ino to making my own viv measuring 4x4 and splitting it in 2 to make 2 4x2's and I plan on putting a male Jacksons (xanth) in the left side and some time after that putting a fischers in the other. My question is though is it worth taking the risk of getting a Jacksons as...
ok thanks I prefer the bigger chameleons to the smaller ones so would the K. matschiei be ok in that size cage and as only a piece only a thick wood would be seperating them would it be able to live next door to the Jacksons? As some heat/humidity might go in to the cage.

I would say jacksons are more expensive and rarer than panther especially here in th uk I got my panther on a really good deal becuase of it was his last season still he was £60 sexed male baby what a deal!
ok thanks never heard it reccomended before only seen videos on youtube of people doing it and by looking at the set ups most of them didnt know what they were doing anyway. Wasnt ever planning on feeding them just after seeing made me think whether they would actually benefit the chameleons...
Ive never done or want to do it but i have read on a care sheet for a fischers chameleon that their diet should include live pinkie mice is this beneficial to them for their diet? Give them more fat or protein? or is this care sheet completley wrong.
