Yeah, it’s hard to keep them up here but worth it

Hey everyone, I have a 21 month old male nosy Mitsio panther chameleon. He started getting these small bumps on his tail. They don’t seem to bother him but I’m curious if anyone has seen anything like these. He is in a 24x18x36 enclosure, t5 UVB tube bulb, full spectrum UV lights fit the plants...
