Thanks for the input. I dont need heat or uvb, its simply for the plants. I'm working on adding branches since I will never use the bendy vine again..he nearly died after eating it. Got my mistking system set up today. More branches and a few more orchids to mount and I can sit back and enjoy.

Sometimes it takes a while to stimulate drinking. I do a 10 minute rain in the am and 15 min later in day. If you are trying to minimize water, try staggering the 5 minute spray. Seems to work for me when I have short cycles. Set it to run for a few minutes, stop, and a few minutes later...

Already have 5.0 linear UVB basking, and 6500k. Plants need better lighting, not sure LEDs are safe for their eyes. Anyone use these long term? I searched forums and didnt see anything.

This vet is known for treating exotics and had treated chame. He used special machine to look at the cornea, iris, etc. No redness, edema, discharge, etc. He did rub on branches trying to shed...been misting him like crazy. Didnt think to use saline

Have not tried anything other than misting and vet prescription. Will give meds a chance before plan b.
