Yes she was very try advanced with chameleons and they said she didn’t feel there was need for bloodwork, I’ll contact her again though. Im more concerned on what to do if her ribs are broke. Do I just hope it heals and leave her be?
I have a video of her breathing but I can’t post it. Her ribs are very caved in on one side and protruding at the top no matter what yet position she is in. I use Reptivet for supplements and my vet approved them, I’ve already had her eyes flushed and the vet said she was fine. She only just...
I would also like to put out there that I am very gentle when handling her and I never tear her away from branches or anything. I know how to handle her and this is a very recent experience injury I’ve noticed.
A little backstory first. I took my Cham to the vet a few weeks ago cuz her eyes were closed and they flushed them out and then she was fine. The vet said everything looked great except she’s a little underweight. I’ve had her on a syringe diet along with helping her eat her live bugs. For...
The Dripper is usually for a few hours. It’s a homage Dripper that’s about 16 oz so I fill that up and let it drip till it runs out. Temps get to 62° at the bottom of the cage and 65° at the top.
I wanted to get an opinion on my listing schedule and if I should change it or not. Right now I use a listing system, Dripper, and fogger. I mist for 2 min 15 min before lights turn on then use a Dripper during the day. I then mist for another 2 min 15 min before lights turn off. I used to mist...
I posted a thread last week about how my baby veiled wasn’t eating enough. The eating has improved however the only way she will eat is if I put a bug in front of her on a plant or branch. She will occasionally take out of the cup if I hold it for her but she won’t go near it when it stays in...
Ok will do, also just got her to eat two superworms, she isn’t showing any other signs of sickness so I think it might just be the stress from moving, hopefully she’ll eat normally after a couple days
The roaches are 1/4 inch big. She can see her dish fine from her basking spot and it’s decently high up in the cage. I’ll move the heat lamp higher up so the basking spot doesn’t get too hot.
I’m a new Cham owner and I’m worried she(I’m pretty sure it’s a female) isn’t eating enough. I was feeding her crickets and she ate those but then I switched to Dubia roaches cause they’re easier to keep track of and I’m having a hard time getting her to cup feed. I’ve also included superworms...
