Ok, so we just got back from the vet. He actually opened up one of the bumps and applied some anti-bacterial. He said that the bump looked like it was clean, not infected and that he expected the bumps to clear up after a week or so. Thanks.

I dont have a cage bigger than a temp cage for travel because he's housed outdoors. If I dont find anyone, I'll let you know. Thanks.
