While you are sitting there studying, leave the door open and just get him used to you .. with the door open. Maybe he will get used to you and start edging to the opening. If not, he may just be a grumpy chameleon. He will walk on your hand only if he chooses to do so . Maybe he doesn't like...
Keep him misted a lot and humidity levels up. That will help with his shed. Just make sure the enclosure dries out before spraying it down each time. Also I use river rock of my soil so it doesn't get ingested. :)
Hi welcome. I don't know much about veileds. I do know you need to lightly dust the crickets and other feeders though, not make them look like ghosts, I made them look like that when I first started too. And that is too much. You want to dust them without D3 daily and with d3 every other...
That is normal. Maybe let him be for a couple of weeks to get acclimated to his new home and environment. When I bring mine outside of enclosure he turns brighter. Not much though. Then they will be a little darker when trying to warm up in their basking spot.
Yeah, my humidity stays between 40-60%, then after I mist, it climbs up to 70-85% sometimes 90, then drops back down. I have two small pothos plants attached mid level on the back and sides of my enclosure. I have an automatic mister, that i have set 6 minutes a couple of times a day, then 4...
I don't have a veiled but a Panther. You will need to mist a few times a day for 2-3 minutes each time. A Mistking automated mister would be handy. Because sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes to get them to drink and clean their eyes. Live plants will help keep humidity up. How are you measuring...
I bet he is getting ready to shed, if he hasn't since you have had him. My panther at that age would shed every 4 weeks, almost to the day for like, 3 months in a row. Mine would stop cut back on his eating, become dull, sometimes restless, yawn (stretching his mouth a lot) before shedding.

Here is a care sheet link. I would say if your house temp doesn't fall too low at night, get rid of the red light. From what I have read it disrupts their sleep pattern. I have a Panther so I am probably not much help . But linked you to...
TopHat Crickets. I buy both online from them and request the smallest hornworms they had. The hornworms lasted a couple of weeks. Only one grew too big where I want comfortable feeding it tom my Cham. The crickets last forever it seems.
Maybe go to Verizon store and ask if it unlocked . Or ask them to unlock it if it is paid for. Otherwise if you know someone with an iPhone 6 on a different network that lives by you, swap SIM cards for a minute and test the Verizon theory :)
According to Verizon, they do not lock most of their phones. To quote them directly:
"We do not lock our 4G LTE devices and no code is needed to program them for use with another carrier."
That means that any iPhone 5 or higher that was bought with Verizon should already be unlocked. Even if...
Mine hasn't been eating lately either. He just turned 11 months. He had been on crickets and dubia roaches and he has maybe had one cricket over a week and a half time period. Since I wasn't sure how long they could really go without eating or hold out on their hunger strike, I gave him a super...
umm.. the one I went to? I just went to it in September. They had one in March, but was cancelled due to flooding (pipes). They were supposed to reschedule, maybe that was in June. IDK. I just won't go back to that one unless free tickets are involved. :)
Could be because he is shedding again . Sometimes they don't eat as much when the are shedding or around shedding. If you could follow this link (ask for help form) we could get more insight on what is going on and others with more experience will probably chime in and help . Copy and paste...
