OMG!! I wont do it again..... what should I give them to keep crickets alive in the cup feeder?

I use the little aquarium bowl for bettas.... and the crickets wont go anywhere... put some reptocal and a food source (a bit of carrot) so they wont die........ put it the way your cham can get them, near to a branch (sorry for the english) hablo español lol....
