For uvb, try Light Your Reptile. Arcadia 6%, I just switched from t8 to T5 and I'm very glad I did. The Arcadia bulb last for a year, instead of 6 months like other uvb bulb. U can get a hood with them or get 1 at homedepot. For basking lamp, I go with exoterra. They don't burn out much.

For chameleon, 6% is all you need.

U can get a tall umbrella plant to get more foliage for both up top and bottom.

Try and hang the pothos, so the top could get some foliage too.
