as soon as i see my female start digging around i cover the sides of her cage with a trash bag and keep the room quiet or ill take her and put her in the bedroom. she will lay eventually. just make sure the dirt is the right consistency.
once she lays then you have to wait 250 days for there...
ill prolly never get a license to keep them here. but it sure was nice when i lived in california and the roaches were out producing my dragons and leopard geckos.
ventilation is ventilation in my opinion. if you can keep the cage from getting stagnant and moldy. go for it! all glass exo terras would be hell of alot easier to get a drainage system set up for. But I love exo terras so my opinion might be bias and i am a born again newb with chameleons lol...
you guys really should look up the "actual laws" of owning dubia roaches in florida. youd be surprised what can happen with a little bit of research
:D

do female panthers keep there gravid colors if shes going to double clutch?
my female laid 27 eggs on 11-9. and quicklly turned back to her normal colors. So im not sure if shes going to double clutch or not. Is there any other signs of double clutching?
when i had my huge colony back in california, when i cleaned it i would only clean out half of my bin, dont know if its true or not but ive read on countless websites that the babies actually eat the old shed and poo. and i dont ever remember my tub actually smelling ever.
i was wondering if...
is there a cheap and easy way to house baby panther chams by them selves? i remember seeing a water bottle set up for babies awhile back but cant seem to find it.
