I read in a old post, someone said do NOT use humidifiers at night. I am confused because my understanding is that with my veiled cham in particular, they're humidity should be 75-100% at night and 40-50% during the day time, i have a mistking just not installed yet and not sure how to achieve...

Why not run at night? Care sheets tell me that the humidity for veiled should increase to 75%-100%, not sure how to achieve this without running humidifier at night
