You know how you have to watch those ads while playing free games on your phone. I just came across this one and I'm thinking of getting it to use as inside walls to an outside enclosure for Ezekiel. I'll still have screen behind it so he can't escape, but I think it looks pretty cool...
Hey James,
It seems like Ezekiel snacked on a bunch of the giant isopods that I got from you. Partially my fault cause I didn't restock the leaves which gave him good access to them crawling around. Others just committed suicide by climbing up the coco walls too high in the mornings.
What do...
I bought my extra tubing and heads from josh's Frogs. It was much cheaper than buying them directly from mistking.com

They also have the mistking starter V5 systems in stock.
Anyone using the Mistking Hygrostat? https://www.mistking.com/Hygrostat-Thermometer-HT-24.html
Was just wondering if this is a good way to maintain close to 100% nighttime humidity?
See page 23 of their manual.

Looks like they are fazing out version 4 of their systems for a new version 5...
I can't help you with finding one in the UK, but you can string them together. So you only really need one mist king unit for all 3 enclosures. I believe the starter system can handle up to 10 misting heads.
When I was cooking burgers out on my deck last week I saw I few climbing on the side of my house. Of course when I went back out later looking for them, they were gone.
I have my breeding colony that I feed crushed oats, wheat bran, oranges, and carrots to. I usually grab a few 1/4" nymphs that hitch a ride when I swap out the leftover orange peel after they are done eating it. I put in a half of an orange so it makes a nice little bowl that they will sit in...
Sorry he didn't pull though, he seemed to have turned the corner and was on his way to a full recovery.
I hope this doesn't discourage you from getting another one from one of our site sponsor breeders.
Ezekiel could of cared less about the Dubia's I tried to feed him. But he will run right over and eat the orange heads that I put in his feeder as soon as I put them in. They are more active than Dubia's and don't climb or fly. They seem to breed pretty fast, I have them at room temperature...
@jamest0o0 sells roaches and colonies. I would recommend doing what I did. Buy several species to see which ones your chameleon will eat. Then buy a starter colony from him and enjoy never ended free food. It has been really nice during this whole covid19 thing that I don't have to stress...
