Yes definitely house individually as with every other species. I see that you live in the uk so maybe a tank would be easier to control the temps and humidity (as long as you still got good airflow)..ambient of low 60s is fine as long as the basking spot is up to 85 max and lower temp gradients...
Sorry for the late reply. I think they stay in the trees, but further in as they will be less active. Although during the day, with direct sunlight they still have the chance to bask. Longest period we can get here without sunshine is like a week when it's grey and rainy

Here in the picture is one of the pair I had kept..he is the brown one in the pictures above. The other was released where it was found..
This one is very docile, does not seem too bothered with being handled, although I rarely do handle him .. Very big appetite
Depends what your average area/room humidity is..if it's in the 70% upwards if mist 3 times a day for around two mins each misting.
If in the region of 50s I'd suggest shorter gaps between misting and sessions would be of a min each say like every hour for 1 min with a couple of sessions...
He does not look dehydrated to me neither..his eyes are sunken in, but the rest of him does not look dehydrated..pity you cannot take him to a vet. Whatever it is, it MUST have been something that happened while you were away.

I found that my Kinyongia Multi like to drink first thing in the morning , I have set the rain system to go off slightly before lights on to give them the opportunity to wake up to what in the wild would be condensation..that is one of the only times I see them drink
