    Kinyongia fischeri

Yes definitely house individually as with every other species. I see that you live in the uk so maybe a tank would be easier to control the temps and humidity (as long as you still got good airflow)..ambient of low 60s is fine as long as the basking spot is up to 85 max and lower temp gradients...

Baby common chamelons aka Pip and Squeek

Sorry for the late reply. I think they stay in the trees, but further in as they will be less active. Although during the day, with direct sunlight they still have the chance to bask. Longest period we can get here without sunshine is like a week when it's grey and rainy

    Kinyongia fischeri

They are a montane species thus require lower temps and higher humidity ..I keep mine similar to Jackson's. 85max at basking spot and I try to keep ambient in the low 70s if possible ! Night time drop in temperature is very important I have noticed..They are a very active species so the larger...

Baby common chamelons aka Pip and Squeek

I think they are one of the easiest species to keep..here the temps at the moment are in the high 80s in the shade, night time drop is next to none !

Baby common chamelons aka Pip and Squeek

Close to one year Here in the picture is one of the pair I had kept..he is the brown one in the pictures above. The other was released where it was found.. This one is very docile, does not seem too bothered with being handled, although I rarely do handle him .. Very big appetite

    Jackson's misting schedules

Depends what your average area/room humidity is..if it's in the 70% upwards if mist 3 times a day for around two mins each misting. If in the region of 50s I'd suggest shorter gaps between misting and sessions would be of a min each say like every hour for 1 min with a couple of sessions...

Need help - chameleon not looking good

He does not look dehydrated to me neither..his eyes are sunken in, but the rest of him does not look dehydrated..pity you cannot take him to a vet. Whatever it is, it MUST have been something that happened while you were away.

Is sleeping on the ground really all that bad?

Is sleeping on the ground really all that bad?

I have been thinking..what are your night time temps? Maybe they not cool enough and he is looking for lower temps at the bottom of the cage?

Things they get up to when they don't know your watching...?

I found that my Kinyongia Multi like to drink first thing in the morning , I have set the rain system to go off slightly before lights on to give them the opportunity to wake up to what in the wild would be condensation..that is one of the only times I see them drink

    eye infection!

Let me start by bashing you ...just kidding ;) You have quite a lot which is wrong with your husbandry..although the eye infection could be totally unrelated, there are still a few issues to take care of. It order to have a healthy chameleon, you need to have the adequate husbandry and...
