Some stick insects are great feeder insects. However the problem with them is that they are illegal in most state. Stick Insects can mostly only be acquired legally from instatutions such as Universities.

When I have got extra's I sell grasshoppers to keepers living in California. I have got baby Schistocerca nitens hatching right now. I am going to decide "to sell" or "not to sell" this year once the baby Schistocerca nitens become adults.

Humidity varies. I think keeping breeding colonies of grasshoppers in an all screen enclosure that provides fresh air is a big help.
My Schistocerca nitens colony eggs are hatching right now. I have got Schistocerca nitens babies everywhere. They have provided a stable colony since 2014...
I would contact Rick Rose on Facebook or Instagram.
I think he has got some baby Yellow Giant Calumma parsonii parsonii available.

I have used Peace Lily's as plants for Furcifer pardalis before. However I would not use them as plants for Chamaeleo calyptratus as that species are notorious plant eaters. I would stay with a Ficus or other more durable/less leafy plants.

The plants dropping their leaves is probably a combination of lighting and watering requirements. You may want to experiment to figure out what is best for your plants. I have had similar problems with keeping new plants indoors.
Fertilizer is a consideration.

There are some great threads on the Chameleon Forums about Calumma parsonii parsonii. I would research thoses then follow up with questions for keepers.
This is a good one to start with.

I have not fed Superworm Beetles as a staple food. However I have feed them as a suppliment to many larger chameleon species and most of the larger species have not got a problem making a meal out of them. Superworm Beetles would make a good regular food for species such as Furcifer oustaleti...
Congratulations about going to the 2024 Reptile Super Show.
Did you purchase any reptiles this show?
There is a good Reptile show here in central California in August. I am going to look for new reptiles.

Congratulations about buying a new group of chameleons! I hope they thrive with you.
Great to view Furcifer oustaleti and Furcifer verrucosus in a collection. Those two species are not seen often here on the Chameleon Forums.

Great articles about Furcifer oustaleti! Thanks for posting.
I am starting to consider keeping Furcifer oustaleti again. I have got three species of Avocado Tree's in my greenhouse.

I am not fond of viewing the posted pictures of a chameleon being eaten. However "it is what it is" the cycle of life is natures way. Hawks, Ealges, and Snakes reportedly prey on chameleons from time to time.
