If the chameleon is in good health, some parasites should not be an issue. The wild lizards will most likely have some parasite load. You could do a fecal to be careful, but some medications can be tough on the animal. Best not to let that happen too often, but likely will not be an issue.

That is awesome news! I am so happy to see some real advancement in the true range of these birds. Seeing 11 in one setting is pretty amazing progress!

Many think of citrus when they think of Florida, but that is not our main product. That would actually be nursery/greenhouse plants, tomatoes, citrus (all kinds), cane sugar and cattle. The first time I drove through Florida I was shocked to find so much cattle.
