I know. If you read my post, I am not looking for a 100 ingredient recipe. I have read through the recipe's on this site already. I just want something simple. If there is such a thing.
I personally use pothos and spider plants. They both work well for me. I put the spider plant in just to add a little more cover... but my guy always plunks his fat a$$ on it. o_O He really likes it. Here is a pic of him on it just yesterday!!

lol... @rminnis if I feed crix and supers at the same time the crix will be left alone. I have to feed crix first, then supers in the afternoon (on the days he gets them).
As I have an Iguana as well, we always have a variety of leafy greens kicking around. Collards, swiss chard, arugula, bok choi etc... I basically set up a veggie garden at home this summer. Its sole purpose was for Iguana food and feeder gutload lol... I also like to have a piece of sweet potato...
Dubias are out for me as well as they are not allowed where I live. Here is a list of feeders I offer throughout the week.

I would suggest a little research on gutloading your insects properly. Flukers is ahem... crap!
Not saying this is the cause of the spot, but definitely something to look into and correct.
