You can use the multivitamin with d3 twice a month, but then you wont need the calcium with d3 at all.

So you want calcium without d3, calcium with d3, and a multivitamin without d3. The only thing I see is you have a multivitamin with d3 which you dont want since you have calcium with d3 in it already.

Chameleons should not be sleeping on things like couches, which that's what it looks like hes on, they usually do not feel comfortable and safe. Especially during the day, this could mean he is sick. I see you are a new member so I highly reccomend you making a thread and fill out the health form.
