Who is your vet? Your chameleon doesn't look too small to take blood from. My girl is super small and was very thin and they can still get blood from the base / back of tail.
My female panther had liver issues. It was a liver infection though, which is why I ask. Do post the x ray. And for reference I detailed what I went through with my girls liver problem here:

That looks like it could be an edema. Possibly from over supplementation. I know the earth pro supplements are supposed to be in a specific rotation that I believe lasts 8 days. Can you be more specific about your supplements? Do you only feed super worms? How long have you had her?
That looks like a gravid female. She is probably trying to dig to lay eggs. She needs a lay bin with either play sand or a mix of play sand and dirt and privacy.
There is something especially hard about making this decision / doing it on your own. When I had to let my girl Mona go I was all alone and it was also my first time making that decision and doing it alone. May she rest peacefully and know that you did all that you could for her.
This all day. My old vet who had "chameleon experience" took an x-ray and told me undeveloped eggs were her kidneys. I came to find out the kidneys were nowhere near where he said they were.
If you want to add enrichment add flying feeders or a new free range. I agree with Klyde, most of what we would consider enrichment is anthropomorphism.
Well. For the first time I didn't move the cocoons from where they spun and put them on a shelf and totally forgot about them. I just noticed 5 hatched and apparently laid eggs. Guess I'm gonna try to raise some baby silks now!
You can try, but I'm not sure she will take to it. Also she would be too week to cover them back up. Have you scheduled a vet visit? Everything we have here is really a guess and you'll need a good vet to give you answers and medicine if she needs it.
You may want to raise that light up just a little bit.
For water, you can get a dropper and drop it on her nose ridge so it rolls down to her mouth. She may not drink but when my girl was sick this got her to drink. Also a heavy heavy fog at night when the lights are off will help hydrate her.
I understand it's late, but that's the thing we can't give you answers until we have more information. The eye is an issue and it does look like your chameleon has some issues and I believe you have the wrong light and a less than suitable enclosure. But we need all the information asked for...
