What breeders don’t you have a negative opinion about?
Oh no he smokes weed around his chams…he must be a bad breeder smh. This thread was about supplements. Not your personal opinion of a well known breeder. Which goes to say I haven’t seen any signs or implications of inbreeding. Why is there...
I’m currently using “Rep-Cal calcium” every feeding and “rep-cal calcium with d3” every 1st & 15th.
Would switching the “rep-cal calcium w/d3” to the “repashy LoD” make a noticeable change whether it be looks or behavior wise?
I do gutload with repashy bug burger & superload along with carrots...
My chameleon looks at his dubias with such disgust.
He will only eat them one at a time and that’s when I place the dubia on one of his main branches.
He will even get grossed out if it crawls on him😂
I’ve been using Terra firma from the biodude. But I’ve also mixed in some fox farm soil along with some spagnum moss and leaf litter.
Depending on your situation and how much you have to mist to maintain humidity you might not have to pump water out of your drainage layer.
I’ve had mine going...
If a breeder is elusive about providing the sire and dam sire info. Would that mean some type of inbreeding is taking place?
This is pertaining to the fairly uncommon Ankify chameleons.
No not mine.
In the first post it stated the chameleon received from lone star came with a tongue defect.
I’m just wondering how much inbreeding goes on…and if breeders even bother telling the buyer🤔
I think after all this proper planning. It’s time for you to decide what locale and color chameleon you want.
Going to an expo and seeing all the locals should help you decide.
I also agree with the buy online option.
Good luck 👍🏼
