Another option is to turn the plant where the "good" side is towards the back & the "bad" side is towards the front. Then position the light where it is covering as much of the plant as possible, preferably from the top. Every few weeks turn the plant a quarter turn so all sides get equal light.

I find it more economical to buy @Matt Vanilla Gorilla 's gutload than to make my own. He has an amazing product. I use fresh veggies along with for variety.

I can't get any plant lights to come up on that link. Most hydroponic light have a lot of red wavelength, which is not good for your cham. I would need to see the specs for that light though.
