Nope, it is not done. Same story as in February (https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/chameleon-news-e-zine-finished.156196/) and May (https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/chameleonnews-com.157994/), unfortunately. I've had a number of other things that have had to take priority over the...
Awesome! Glad to see your enjoying these! I just moved as well and need to hang mine up too. Andrea and I are hoping to bring a group of students to Kenya this summer for a course, and if we do I'll have to see about getting more stuff from Anthony.

Hi Everyone,
For those of you in the US and Canada looking to purchase copies of Jan Stipala's book ("Mountain Dragons: In Search of Chameleons in the Highlands of Kenya") without the prohibitively expensive international shipping costs, Jan has sent me a number of signed copies of his new book...
The straight rigid projection you're seeing in the frame you posted is the entoglossal process, which is a portion of the hyoid or hyobranchial apparatus. There are a few other components that make up the hyoid/hyobranchial apparatus in addition to the entoglossal process (ceratohyals...
Unfortunately there was a lot more hype about the new species suggestion of this paper in the media than the data behind it actually warranted, in my opinion. The authors did a good job of showing that there are population level genetic differences and limited gene flow between many of these...

There are photos of each species in the paper (as well as a lot more info on each), but don't have any otherwise. There are a couple ways to get these types of articles if you don't have access because of a paywall. The first (and legal) way is to contact one of the authors for a copy. Every...
Hi Everyone,
I've previously posted two thread about major updates to the chameleons included on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species (https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/iucn-red-list-assessments-for-chameleons-updated.136412/ and...
Hi Everyone,
Thought I would post a note about three new species that were described this week: Kinyongia itombwensis, K. rugegensis and K. tolleyae. These species were described during a reassessment of the Kinyongia adolfifriderici group and were described from the Itombwe Plateau of the DRC...
I am selling one juvenile male Lygodactylus williamsi. He is approximately 2.5-3" in length. Sexing is based on dark throat patterning, swollen tail base and presence of femoral pores. Photos were taken 5/7/17.
I am asking $150 + shipping for this individual. Trades considered for...
Yeah I have a few breeding pairs and usually have some available. Most of the time I have males available and occasionally females, but they are far less common, unfortunately. Definitely cool animals!

I've had a new issue partially finished for about a year now. Unfortunately finding reliable authors to follow through on the articles they promise to write can be challenging and has held up the release of this issue. I've also had a number of other things that have had to take priority over...
For my glass terrariums, I spray the inside glass with a mixture of white vinegar and hot water and then scrap the glass with a glass scraper to remove any buildup. I then rinse it with normal water and wipe it down. Works very well on the inside and no toxic chemicals.
