Sometimes, people are worthless caretakers of their animals because they haven't yet come across the correct information. I've had my chams for 5 years now and literally just found out about chameleonacademy.com last week. Luckily my chams don't have too many issues and I am working on fixing...
I would wait on selling/shipping any of the isopods until you have your 526 permit #'s. I just got all of mine finalized. The USDA gives you paperwork when they approve your 526's. That paperwork has to be in the box when you ship your isopods. Its something you agree to when you are going...
We currently have Free Shipping if you combine any 3 Arcadia products in your cart. While supplies last. This will usually save $8-$12 in shipping.

Had something similar happen with FedEx where I was waiting at the door as the FedEx guy drove by the house. When I called the support line, I told them I was going to wait for them to connect me to someone who could call the driver and have them actually deliver it. After a few minutes they...

There’s so much disinformation about silkworm eggs out there. I would be very cautious buying eggs from random sources. I would be asking for the exact parameters they raise their colony in. Temperature cycles, light cycles, etc. It all influences how the eggs develop.
Eggs don’t need excess...
As far as I know, the different Arcadia diets and supplements we don’t carry are not yet approved by the FDA for import into the US. You can buy them from a Canadian company and they’ll ship them to you, but they acknowledge it’s on you if customs destroys it.
Add that on to the fact that...
You shouldn’t need to replace their food every day. Hatching silkworms should not be handled very often.
It really hard to know what went wrong, there’s many factors involved. If you have pictures of your setup, food, etc that would help.
I would like to note, how many stickers should the seller put on the box? There’s really nothing they can do to stop lazy delivery drivers who don’t actually care about what they’re throwing on your porch.
We typically send orders will stickers all over the box with arrows and stuff. But that...
