    Multiple Chameleons

Keeping multiple chameleons is very easy as long as automation is done correctly. On a separate note, I would be careful putting that Veiled on an Oleander. If he decides to take a nibble...he's a goner.

    Mel is unimpressed

Mel was one of a handful of babies that had that unique marbling along the dorsal crest. I love the colors coming in. I find it awesome too that Mel is showing those colors. Most of mine are still in the black and white phase. Well done, Maia!!!! So glad to see these updates!

    Very angry, shipping problems!

I know that there is a stigma on shipping and how harsh it can be. But we must remember that all of the chameleons we have originated from imported animals if they are not fresh imports themselves. They endure some nasty shipping conditions/durations. 2 days is nothing in the scheme of things...

    Do the mushrooms ever stop!

They do go away eventually. But sometimes they can really run rampant for a while. They will run their course, but a nice humid chameleon cage is a great environment for them. Funny note, where I live, we have the really large cockroaches that most refer to as "water bugs". I have got mushrooms...

    New Jackson

The best way to get them to start eating from a container is by offering them food in a clear container that is suspended in the cage amongst the branches. That's how I have always got WC's to eat out of them. All the chameleons I own are WC except for 22 of them, so it can be done. Good luck!

My setup for my fucifer lateralis

Well done, Paul! It is nice to see an enclosure with a lot of natural elements. What substrate did you go with? The only thing I would say, is be careful with the Tillandsia usneoides. I use it in my greenhouses with larger chameleons that don't try to climb on it. The smaller guys will try to...

how to get a baby to eat?

How old is this little one? The best way to create an area for fruit flies is by attaching a piece of fruit(I like using a slice of orange) to a stick. The fruit flies will congregate to the fruit and make an easy and accessible place for your little one to snag some food. Raising one baby in a...
