Can you not just use a reptile basking bulb from the pet store and measure the temps to get it at the right height? Thats what i use for mine. Granted i have to lift it from the enclosure to get the appropriate temps, but it works!
Hello and welcome to the forums!! Post some pictures of the back feet, if they have tarsal spurs they are male. If no spurs, its a female. You can also post pics from the side and the people on the forums and get a guestimate of the age!

Like @Beman stated i also change out my gutload daily. I make a gutload blend it and put it in plastic bags in the freezer. I will thaw it when i use it. That way i can keep it longer! I havent had too many issues with them, but i also remove the ones that died.

I would suggest branches and wrapping the vines around them. I use pothos and wandering jew and they grew out nicely and they grew pretty fast.
I havent found a vine by itself that would support a chams weight.
You would have to get that done a couple of times at a vet! I say a couple because one fecal sample can be misleading and give you a false negative, a lot of people suggest doing a few to completely rule out parasites.
