i mostly have montanes (jacksons/montium) they need high humidity. panthers as i understand need medium amounts, veileds less.
Screameleons (a sight sponsor/breeders) has 60-80% on their website as good humidity.

lowes has a thermometer with probe, hygrometer and high/low humidity for $13 usually in home and garden area

corneal abrashion from the wind from fan (this would likely heal self)
humidity too much or to little can cause eye issues... need to measure it and adjust

your temperatures do seem too hot but turning dark usually is caused by attempting to absorb more heat. most reptiles do this
be sure your temperatures are accurate and that your rudis has a cooler area to hang out when needed low 70's.

he is shy like my new veiled but never as angry. he would rather hide than fight. the veiled gives me the full open mouth, squeak and angry mood.
