check a sign shop go to a sign shop like Next day sign, etc. the expanded PVC is much more expensive (3x) than the stuff i use which is a corrugated PVC much like plastic cardboard. i paid $33 for a 4'x8' sheet. i choose green but they have all kinds of colors including white and black. Sean
