Personally, if it was me I wouldn't feed them off in case there was some kind of residue that got into the container that is toxic. Call me paranoid, but better safe than sorry
Try putting them in a warm area for a bit and see if they perk up. If not, I'd pitch them and wait until you get more.

I was wondering the same, I am hoping that since Chams are not part of our ecosystem, that the risk of chameleon compatible parasites will be less here than in there native habitat.

Just keep checking the this site in the "for sale" forums. Somebody will end up with a clutch of veileds for sale sooner or later. That said, there are probably unscrupulous people that join this site too, so be sure to talk to them a bit before you blindly make a purchase. Good luck!
It is best to try to find a devoted hobbyist with babies for sale than a mass retailer. You definitely get what you pay for. That being said, I have talked to quite a few people that are very happy with the Chams they got from Florida Chams. Good luck.
