I don’t want to confuse you but, there are 2 in 1 multivitiam/ vit D3. I feel like its easier so you don’t mix up your weeks. But it’s up to what you like better.
I’m seeing a hammock type thing in the first picture, remove it. Chameleons don’t really use them and there nails can get stuck in the stitching easily. Do you know about females laying eggs and correct husbandry to lower their clutches?
It will take time. You’ll start noticing small changes. Don’t force feed her or anything. Let her rest, she’s going to be stressed on top of being sick so she’ll most likely sleep and stay still. give her time.
Let us review your husbandry just in case it was something that can be fixed. Attach pictures please.

Where did you get her?
Handling - How often do...
Depending on the plants you get this may not be strong enough. Jungle Dawn Bar is great and keeps most plants alive better than other. She is almost mature as well so you’ll need a lay bin in there. @MissSkittles can help you get all the correct things and it all set up for her.

You can look into dragon strand ledges, they’re very helpful to hang plants/stick and vines. If you need an idea of what an enclosure should look like I will attach mine.
