Yes it is completely normal for a chameleon to be grumpy for the first few day- weeks they are in thier new enclosure. It’s a new adjustment and she’s a tad mad. Imagine you getting put into a whole new home, you’d want to adjust before people start messing with you. Give her some time and allow...
A few changes need to be made. Your highest branch needs to be 9 inch from the light to avoid getting over exposure to the UVB. It’s very open, I would get a more full plant for the center and sides. If you have any, fake plants need to be removed to avoid impaction. Some of the branches look...
Good plants are golden pothos totem, hibiscus, certain types of palms, and ficus tree. However a hibiscus needs a very strong plant light. @Beman can help you find a good plant light if you decide to go that route. Do you have a plant light? You should always repot the plants, change the soil...
Babies are known to screen climb so i would raise the light off the screen so he doesn’t get burned. As for how high the light is it needs to be 7-9inch away from the light.

DO NOT SPRAY WATER IN HIS MOUTH. It can do more harm than good. There airway is also located at the front of the mouth and you can get the water in there. Get some hornworms, there great for hydration. Or start running a fogger at night for extra hydration.
Add in a Hibiscus or fern plant. You’ll need a strong plant light but it’s worth it. Add in some more branches as well so she has more opportunities to explore.
lindasgonebuggie is amazing. Her prices are good and understandable. She has 25 baby hornworms for $10 and 50 silks for around $16.
If you want silks at higher quantity beastmodesilks is also great.
