Haha yea he does. Tony is a little deviant. Always doing something he shouldn't. Always giving me anxiety lol. Like currently, But my goodness do I love that little stinker and always try my best to be good to the spoiled brat.
Haha true. The funny thing is the kid sleeping is my cousin Logan and he loves Tony. Loves to see him have a bath (be misted), eat worms and crickets, walk around etc. says to him "Tony I love you because you're the best climber" but refuses to hold him. Haha. He was a little put off when I...
That's his general disposition. I was checking on the beardies and when I came into the living room his was scaling up the blankets and across Logan's face haha.
Calcium without d3 is sometimes hard to find but amazon always got the goods. Also the amount of minutes you mist is important not only for drinking but to maintain humidity levels.
I believe since baby is so small you can also give it fruit flies and small Dubai roaches if you're up to it. since the plants are fake you should maybe have longer misting sessions. As for safe plants I believe this link has a good list of plants. Good luck with baby...
We all know the petco/petsmart deal and how most times the chameleons are badly taken care of. But today when I was getting some red wrigglers and crickets I walked past their reptile section and they had two vields with a Jackson chameleon. No one looked happy about the situation. One of The...
From zero to hero just like that lol. But seriously this is Tony when I first got him in January of 2016 and him a year and a half later. But even this doesn't do his colors justice.
For the light thing maybe when you leave the cage door open turn off all the hot lights or all of them (either is fine) so that way by the time he makes it up there they will be cooled down. Or you can try removing them then opening the cage that way he won't even think to climb up there.
Also...
Also I don't know if any of you noticed but when the croc was with the guy his eyes were always fully circular. I thought that was interesting because I thought they always had slivers for eyes.
Lol. I don't know why that struck me as funny. But I do think this was definitely a concentrated situation. Because he was shot when he was relatively small and depended solely on the guy to get his meals for a very long time. It was almost a bit like being rehatched on a different playing field...
That's true he was shot in the head and I think that does play a big part in the croc being different, but still that's still pretty freaking cool that someone in the world can say "I used to have a crocodile friend for like 20 years no bd. I chewed up his food for him and we wrestled. What...
Uggggh I KNOW right? I feel like reptiles get a bad rep on socialization, but you're right for anyone who has a reptile or likes them it is usually always because of that one reptile that just "got it" lol.
