I was just remembering that to check if the horses at my barn have mucus in their throats we have to listen to a clicking sound through their nose. The clicking is the sound of the mucus on their throats blocking their airway. I'm not sure if it is the same thing for chameleons but mucus in...

Upper Respiratory Infection? Need Help ASAP

When a chameleons mouth is open it is usually a sign that he/she is over heated...now when they do that with a poping sound it may be more serious than over heating. How close to him heat source is he when he does this?

My chameleon won't hasn't ate for a few days, and I'm concerned. Any help is welcome.

To be honest I was very conflicted abt it also when I started to do it. I didn't think my Cham was getting enough it but I kinda fixed my problem. On the days that he takes in those vitamins I give him fruits and veggies on that day instead of crx. I load the fruits and veggies with the vitamins...

    NOT DRINKING

Chameleon's do not drink from a bowl or any type of bucket of some sort you are correct with that. They drink off of leaves, I would make sure that your chams drip system is dripping onto leaves if it is not already. The orange in his poop simply means he is dehydrated. What you can do to help...

    Does this poop look normal?

I am not home at the moment but when I get home I will check the temp, this month is when I would usually change his bulb so the one he is using now might just be not as warm as it usually is

No, all the soil in the plants are covered with rocks. Do you think it could be a parasite?

    Can veilds eat clementines?

Would they be to acidic or citrusy for my cham or any Cham to eat? We always have them so I was wondering if he would be able to eat them as a treat or small snack.
