Get a mister/fogger for $20 on Amazon. Cut part of the side out of a plastic 64 oz. Ocean Spray container for a water reservoir. An appliance timer will work for timing. Lay it on its side. Put it on top of your cage and adjust for vapor flow. You will need to experiment a little.
These are beetle larvae, order coleoptera, and have complete metamorphosis, that is- egg, laevae, pupae, and adult. Stink bugs are in the order hemiptera and have gradual metamorphosis, egg, nymph, and adult. I don't know if they are toxic to lizards, probably depends on what they are feeding on.
