Hi:) yes, she is! Well, if I told you how long I would sit with a worm on my hand waiting for her, you would think I was nuts lol ... I just out-waited her but I think some just are ornery!
Thank u :) I've always felt so lucky that Ophelia wasn't a typical cham. She is my first so I wasn't sure what to expect. Come to find out, most can be very cantankerous!!
HAHA I don't know - it just goes! I remember the first time she laid - I was a basket case o_O I decided early on to follow @kinyonga's advice about trying to limit the number of clutches females have in a year.... for both our sakes. She hasn't had a clutch in over a year. She's healthy...
Hi James0o0! It has been awhile... and it's amazing how fast a year can go by. We are both good, thank you :) she looks good because of friends like you!
Hi everyone! I just wanted to pop in and say hello... it has been a busy year for us - divorce, a move, and all the stuff that goes with that. Ophelia has done well through it all... she is a trooper and a very cool cham! Once again, I wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone who helped me...
Anyone have a good way to separate ants and roaches? I have hundreds of babies and I really don't want to toss them, but I've been trying to get the babies into a new container for hours and i'm at my wits end!
grrrrr... the ants this year - they are KILLING me!
Red is a no go for O. Haha, see what I did there?
I used to have a pet sitter who was a lifeguard and she would come after work. I had a bath robe for her to put on because her red swimsuit/jacket really upset Ophelia. I don't wear red anymore, either
It can be overwhelmig at first. I found it gave me peace of mind to keep a journal, or just make notes on a monthly calendar. It helped keep me on track. I made notes on poop, temps, how many food items each week, supplement schedule, when to buy new lights, etc. Everything you could ever wonder...
