I got my veiled 2 days ago... He started shedding yesterday and only had a tiny bit left on end off trail.
My question is duo they eat less when going through a shed?

I just wanted to add that Velcro is NOT suitable for climbing....while they can climb it well, they hold on far too well. The roaches are very difficult to remove from it if they are hunkered down.
Total failure...the material is not slick enough...though I used the Velcro loop part 2" wide stuff and works great for the climbing.....gotta see how holds up to misting/drying

But what do people use on the back surface for the roaches and crickets to climb up on?

Or the newer plastic interlock thing similar to Velcro?
You could mix up epoxy or other waterproof material then sculpt it when it start to solidify into a pitch toward center or corner
Use a pvc plumbing fitting in place to work around so you don't need to drill
